How do I register as a Coach?
To register as a coach, you need to contact the administrator or use the coach registration command. Once registered, you can log in using your phone number and OTP verification. You'll be able to create batches, manage students, and track attendance.
How do I register my child as a Student?
As a parent, you can register your child through the app. You'll need to provide your child's details (name, date of birth, address) and your own information. You can then select a coach and batch for your child to join.
How do I update my profile information?
You can update your profile information at any time through the app settings. Go to your profile section and edit your details including name, email, phone number, address, and profile picture.
How do I create a Batch?
As a coach, you can create batches through the app. Go to the Batches section, click "Create New Batch", and fill in the details including batch name, sport, category, schedule (days and times), and capacity. Once created, you can add students to the batch.
How does Attendance tracking work?
Coaches can mark attendance for students in their batches. The attendance is recorded with date, time, and status (present/absent). Parents receive notifications about their child's attendance. You can view attendance reports for specific months and years.
How do I book an Appointment with a Coach?
Parents can book appointments with coaches through the app. Navigate to the Appointments section, select a coach, choose an available time slot, and submit your request. The coach will receive a notification and can approve or reject the appointment.
How do I receive Notifications?
The app sends push notifications for important updates including batch schedules, attendance records, appointment confirmations, and other relevant information. Make sure you have notifications enabled in your device settings and the app permissions.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion through the app. Go to your profile settings and select "Delete Account". You'll receive a confirmation link via email. Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be soft-deleted. Note that some information may be retained for legal purposes.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Coach Matrix uses phone number and OTP verification for authentication. If you need to log in, use the "Verify Mobile" option and enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number. If you're having trouble, contact our support team.
How do I update my child's information?
As a parent, you can update your child's information through the Parent Dashboard. Select your child from the list, and you'll be able to edit their details including name, date of birth, address, and other information.
